(1) Under the general direction of the Council, an executive committee will be formed as follows to conduct all the operations of the fund:
(a) Chairman of the Council – Chairman

(b) Vice-Chairman of the Council – Vice-Chairman

(c) Treasurer of the Council – Member

(d) Nominated by the Chairman from among the members Four members – Member

(e) Head, Lumbini Development Fund Scheme – Member

(f) Member – Secretary, Council – Member – Secretary

(2 ) The term of office of the chairman, vice-chairman, member and member-secretary of the committee shall be for the duration of the membership of the council.

(3) If the position of any of the nominated members of the committee becomes vacant for any reason, the chairman shall nominate one of the other members of the council for the remainder of the term.
